ABOUT C.S. COLVIN

With an MBA from Harvard Business School, C.S. Colvin founded CSC Capital in 1992. Currently he is adjunct professor in leadership and organization in the MBA program at Concordia University, Portland, Oregon. Colvin has over twenty years of experience as an interim CEO. He has conducted over one hundred successful corporate restructuring assignments across the U.S., as well as selectively in Canada and Europe.
Colvin Conducted a successful turnaround of the third largest buying group in the U.S. as interim CEO. He led and managed a successful turnaround of the largest building material supplier in SW Florida. He has personally been board appointed on numerous occasions to manage corporate transformation engagements on difficult and/or crisis restructuring, turnaround, merger & acquisitions (m&a), and debt and equity financing situations.
Beto was really young when he first rented out an office in my building. He was one of the most ambitious 20 somethings I ever met. I was very busy working with some of the largest companies in the country that were in restructuring crisis, many already in Chapter 11. I was focused on multi-million-dollar money raises, I was very busy as was my staff, but this kid caught my attention.
